Intellectual Property Management at IISI

At IISI, we place great emphasis on the protection and management of Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). To safeguard, manage, and make effective use of intellectual property resources while minimizing the risk of infringement, IISI has established a comprehensive Intellectual Property Policy aligned with our business objectives, as well as a systematic Intellectual Property Management System.

To foster a strong awareness of intellectual property protection throughout the organization, IISI regularly conducts education and training programs on intellectual property rights. These initiatives ensure the effective implementation of our IP management system and support the sustainable growth and operation of the company.

Intellectual Property Policy
  • Protect our own intellectual property while respecting the rights of others.
  • Continuously enhance our Intellectual Property Management System to minimize infringement risks.

Patent Management
  • IISI has established a thorough patent review process and a patent incentive program.
  • Through professional training programs in intellectual property rights and technical development, IISI strengthens awareness of IP protection, safeguards its R&D achievements, and improves overall patent management effectiveness.

Departing Employees

Supervisors ensure that departing employees are reminded of their confidentiality obligations and that all intellectual property and materials are returned to IISI before departure.

All Employees

All staff members receive annual training, including practical case studies, to reinforce the importance of protecting trade secrets and confidential information.

Business Partners

For all business contracts involving IISI’s trade secrets, partners and their project teams are required to sign confidentiality agreements and related documents to protect IISI’s rights and interests.
