To better understand the details of e-government and accelerate e-government transformation efforts, the Royal Science & Technology Park (RSTP) of Swaziland has once again dispatched delegates to Taiwan. Towards the end of 2016, the Intelligence Application Department of IISI helped Swaziland establish a smart transportation system, leaving a lasting impression amongst Swaziland leaders of the information and communication technology (ICT) capabilities of IISI. Vice General Manager Richard Hou of the Government & State-Own Enterprises Department of IISI received the delegates and shared successful case studies of the system transfer that include the labor insurance system of the Bureau of Labor Insurance and the  utility bill issuing system of the Taiwan Water Corporation. The presentations were highly praised by the honored guests from Swaziland.
