The award presentation ceremony of the “2018 Enterprise Project Management Benchmarking (EPBA) and Ten Outstanding Project Managers (TOPM)” awards was held at the International Conference Hall in National Taipei University of Technology on November 10th. Manager Lin Pei-Ying presented the “2017 National Housing Registry Information System Operation Maintenance and Improvement Project” to compete for the award. The distinguished performance of Manager Lin attracted the attention of the evaluation board and enabled her to win the Ten Outstanding Project Managers (TOPM) award.

As IISI won last year’s Enterprise Project Management Benchmarking (EPBA) and Ten Outstanding Project Managers (TOPM) awards, IISI continued to gain recognition by winning the Ten Outstanding Project Managers (TOPM) award at the 2018 Project Management Oscars. Chou Lung-Hung, the general convener of the Ten Outstanding Project Managers (TOPM) competition, suggested that there are some 10 million project managers in the ethnic Chinese community of the world of whom less than 60 have won the awards. This award unveils the manger behind each successful project. Outstanding project managers will only be able to exhibit their strengths within a developed corporate body with a culture that supports project management. Winners of the Enterprise Project Management Benchmarking (EPBA) are organizations of this kind. Indeed, the project managers of these organizations are the most preferred candidates for the Ten Outstanding Project Managers (TOPM) award.

IISI’s CEO Mark Fan was pleased to have his staff’s consecutive record-setting performances be recognized through these awards. He pointed out that, “IISI’s core value is very simple: we do our best to create value for others, and build life invigorates convenience. Every team and employee must actually practice this value during their tasks and assignments to truly produce the desired results. Therefore, IISI deeply realizes the importance of ‘Self-Actualization to Excellence’. IISI exercises strict control over the technological know-how and management capacity of the employees and demands for self-review of every project in depth for further improvement and satisfaction to the owners. Being self-improved and self-motivated at all times makes IISI an even better business entity.”
